B. DELIVERY TIME, PROCESSING & ORDER CLOSING DATE

Shipments typically take 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday).
The order closing time is 12:00 PM (GMT) — Greenwich Mean Time (London).
Processing time is 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

C. DELIVERY TERMS

For orders within the United Kingdom, we ship primarily with Royal Mail.
For international shipments, we use USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

D. ADDRESS CHANGE

The delivery address cannot be changed after the order has shipped. If you need to change the delivery location, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@norae.com

E. CANCELLATIONS

If you need to change your order before it has shipped, we can accept cancellations at any time up until dispatch. If an order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.

F. DAMAGED PACKAGES IN TRANSIT

If you notice that a package was damaged during transit, please refuse delivery if possible and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered while you were not present, please contact our customer service to discuss the next steps.
